Returns & Refund is a guarantee provided by The BikiniStore for every product they sell on Bestbikinideals.com.
When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact us to resolve these problems (according to the set of returns guarantees). You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree with a partial refund.
Scope of Guarantee
All products on Bestbikinideals.com have the Returns & Refund guarantee. Any product bought through the site is protected if the items you received are not as described.
The following situations are not included:
1. An item you claim is not as described, but the seller can prove that it is.
2. Items are as described, but you no longer want them.
You can submit refund requests up to 15 days after your order has been completed. You can do this by sending a message to us with relevant details like proof of purchase, order number and valid reason for refund request via site chat box or support email - firstname.lastname@example.org
Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account per your request
- If the order is free shipping, postage will not be deducted.
- Pick-up service charge will be deducted from the total refund and self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost.
Note: Refunds will be initiated for items only, other fees like insurance, shipping, are non-refundable.
- We only accept returns postmarked within 30 days from the purchase date
- Orders must be delivered.
- .All items in bundling promotion is not eligible for partial cancels, exchanges, or returns.
- Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
If you wish to return the items to address, please submit ticket via site chat box and one of our customer representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
